The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50″ LED Smart TV, and A/C. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table and private BBQ gas grill! All of this while surrounded in a pristine environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home-servcies and more!.
